Psychotherapy using the Arts has ways of releasing the unconcious, safely bringing it into the here and now ready for exploration. Research has found the therapeutic relationship and use of the arts can stimulate areas of the brain helping bring about change.

This service is not available to everyone and needs would be discussed prior to an introductory meeting. Information sharing permission is essential with GP or other health service professional, prior to starting.
This service is aimed at those who find travelling too difficult due to age or mobility.
