Connected Wellbeing Psychotherapy
- Traditional Talk Therapy
- with the option of using the Arts and Somatic Approaches.
My multi-model approach allows client's to explore their situation through a variety of different ways, recognising therapy is not a one size fits all scenario.
Each therapy session is co-constructed, taking the client's lead with myself facilitating timely interventions to help the client explore their experience.
Reviews occur every 6 sessions, collaboratively with the client, to ensure they are benefitting from the therapy and the goals they have set.
