My multi-model approach allows client's to explore their situation through a variety of different ways, recognising therapy is not a one size fits all scenario.
Each 50 minute therapy session is co-constructed, taking the client's lead with myself facilitating timely interventions to help the client explore their experience.
Reviews occur every 6 sessions, collaboratively with the client, to ensure they are benefitting from the therapy and the goals they have set.

Caroline Keen is a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist and a HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist offering a client-centred, integrative approach to therapy, recognising that no two people, or situations, are the same. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I work collaboratively with you to understand what is happening in your life and what support will be most helpful for you right now.
My Integrative training allows me to draw on a range of therapeutic models and practical tools, tailoring our work to suit your needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we co-create clear therapy goals and regularly review progress, so therapy remains focused, supportive, and responsive as things change.
I am an experienced therapist with extensive training supporting people affected by workplace stress, organisational and performance pressures, bullying, and difficulties maintaining a healthy work–life balance. I also work with individuals whose physical or mental health is impacting their working lives, including disability, chronic health conditions, menopause, and fatigue-related conditions. Alongside this, I have specialised experience in Service-Related mental health with Veterans and Serving Police Officers suffering PTSD, depression and anxiety. I can support clients to better understand themselves and the relationships around them as well as any impacts from change, loss or bereavement.
I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, particularly when you are already overwhelmed or unwell. I work at a pace that feels manageable for you, offering a calm, supportive space to make sense of what you are dealing with and to build tools and confidence that support you both now and in the future.

Caroline Keen has now completed advanced training in Email Therapy.
This allows me to offer a different form of expression, and bring connection to those who would find email easier to use.
Work or family commitments and responsibilities can sometimes get in the way of accessing therapy, for this reason email therapy can be more appealing. Email therapy can occur on a more flexible timescale, compiling your session during the week or weekend, any time of day.
It can also help where the topics you wish to explore might seem less exposing through our sensitively formulated email sessions.
