There are many symptoms and issues I have experience in treating:

Relationship issues at home or work, Stress and burnout, Breavment, loss, Grief, Trauma, PTSD/CPTSD,

Chronic Health conditions, Physical disability, life changes and adaption.

Dementia, Stroke and Brain Injury.

Contact me for an informal chat to discuss your individual situation and book an introductory 15 minute meeting (No fee applies).

My multi-model approach allows client's to explore their situation through a variety of different ways, recognising therapy is not a one size fits all scenario.

Each 50 minute therapy session is co-constructed, taking the client's lead with myself facilitating timely interventions to help the client explore their experience.

Reviews occur every 6 sessions, collaboratively with the client, to ensure they are benefitting from the therapy and the goals they have set.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Arts Psychotherapist, who along with talk therapy and somatic approaches, can also use different art forms to help clients express themselves.

I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist and a HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist (which is a protected title).

I completed a Masters Degree in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, Islington, London. This is also where I completed a Post Graduate Certificate in the Therapeutic Arts.

I have specialised in treating Service Related Mental Health working with Military Veterans and Serving Police Officers, giving me insight into PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, suicidal ideation, disability, life changes and transitions.
